MTN HAVE NO URGENCY WHEN IT COMES TO THERE CUSTOEMRS, HOWEVER HAVE THE URGENCY TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT. IT IS GOING ON TWO MONTHS NOW THAT I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MAKE AN OUTGOING PHONE CALL. NUMEROUS CALLS HAVE BEEN MADE TO CALL CENTER AS WELL AS TO THE HEAD OFFICE. BEEN INTO TWO DIFFERENT STORES AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST. THE PHONE ITSELF HAS BEEN CHECKED AS WELL AS THE SIM CARD SWOPPED TO CONFIRM THAT THERE ARE NO ISSUES THERE. MTN ADVISED IT IS A NETPOWRK ISSUE. BUT COME ON, GOING ON TWO MONTHS!!!
