Incorrect Billing

Signed up for a topup package on cell c via Autopage dealer in Galleria at the end of September 2012. billing was supposed to be R149 all inclusive as per the advertisement and the consultant. However they charged me on my old package for the next two months. R359 for October R379 for November. Consulted with Autopage numerous time to resolve the issue. I kept on getting a message from them that the issue has been resolved. Checked my billing and banking, no credits passed . ref no p121216390, ref no a1212074408
