MTN COSTING ME MONEY AGAIN!!!

MTN has suspended my service without warning during my busiest business period

I am a small business owner and this is my business phone, they simply disconnected my entire service without warning, when i try and call any number then it says your service has been suspended and when i try and call my so called "service Provider" it simply disconnects, what type of service is this?
I have deliveries that are sitting in Warehouses because i cannot be contacted therefore as i cannot sell the stock that was suppossed to be delivered this morning, i have already lost out on thousands of Rands in sales.
I will definiately be seaking some sort of compensation as last year they did exactly the same thing to me and didnt receive a single penny back from them.
Im sick and tired of this rubbish service and they are going to have to do alot to keep me as a customer when my contract expires next year...
How can a company disconnect your service to the extent that you cant even call them???
one word springs to mind "PATHETIC"
