Incompetent Nashua Mobile!!!

I am VERY disburbed right now, Nashua has suspended the services since yesterday around 4pm. The account has been paid for, then the new contract which was opened on the 3rd Jan the balance is due end of Feb. I made a courtesy call on Tuesday 05th Feb asking why the new contract subscription was not debit. I was advised as above. What an inconvinience Nashua has caused me. I've lost business and have been embarasse to my empioyees about the false messages they sent to al lthe 4 phonrd I have under my name. Worst part, the two have been paid for and the other one is now a prepaid but all have been suspended! What a bad start for the year and for my business. I WILL NEVER regain the trust I had with my clients!!! I couldn't make any phone call, nor access my phone call. I want this contract TERMINATED NOW!!! It's not the first time they've done such thing to me.

I am really not happy with the service. It's time I take my business to another provider!!! 111
