I have 5 open accounts reflecting on my Credit Reports, which can impact my status negatively. Although it is paid up I have requested them to update my status as CLOSED at the various Credit Bureaus. I have sent an e-mail via the Cell C Website on the 06/09, as well spoke to Thabila Makofane within the Legal Department on the 06/09 at 11am. I again spoke to Kabelo in the Legal Department on the 04/11. Clearly these staff members of Cell C are not aware of the importance of their customer's credit status, and how much impact it has on one's financial affordability.
