As per my original post (https:///8ta/complaints/paid-but-no-airtime-1179660), 8ta responded and told me they sent me an email. Up to date I have not received anything leading me to think that they just used this as a decoy to get me off the backs. It has been almost 2 weeks now and no one can tell me what happened to my money, this is pathetic, how many other people have they ripped off like this?
