Very poor feedback

I refer to my complaint 13:56 Wed 9 Oct on hellopeter, your consultant, Faiek, called me back with a whole lot of excuses why there was no stock but never answered my question "why was I given false information". To make matters worse, Faiek spoke to me on Friday 11 October and said that he will find out which shop has got stock and he will organise with them to throw in a bundle for my inconveniance. I told him that Vodacomshop in Vodacomworld said they should have stock on Monday and that he must call me on Monday before 15:00.Faiek only called16:47on Monday. He confirmed that no store has got stock and I said to him that Andrew at Vodacomshop in Vodacomworld will call me Tuesday as soon as he get stock and that he (Faiek) must call me Tuesday morning so we can make arrangements with the bundle he was suppose to organise. Andrew called me 13:21 Tuesday afternoon confirming that he has got stock. Faiek only called me 17:31 on Tuesday after I have done my upgrade, telling me that no one has got stock and he has called all the shops on the eastrand. I told him that I came right at Vodacomworld with a device. I called Vodacomshop in Eastrandmall and they confirmed stock. Again I was to!
