I have been with MTN for 3 years and they change how they do business but do not notify me, month end comes I dial *141*11#, activate blackberry (Not avalilable on bb10) confused, I dial 1 anyway thinking, maybe there is just some error, I get this error message (suplementary service error: general error), I go around asking about this and I get told that MTN has decided to stop BIS altogether without any consultation or even a heads up to whats going on, I tried everything asked everyone I could and I end up with 274.89 mb data that I don't need, I don't even know what I can do with that and no airtime left, after using their *141*2# ussd code, I want my airtime back, you guys are to think that you can just do that, I have been trying to call your call centre the numbner says this number no longer exsists after listening to your voice promt, I am not allowed to speak to a call centre agent, what's up with that
