I visited Mtn Cresta to upgrade my phone and for the first time when visiting an Mtn store I felt happy to be a Mtn customer. The moment I walked into the store I was approached by Mubanga Chansa and was asked what he could assist me with and it was such a breeze with Mubanga Chansa assisting me that I braved doing a list of things that I had given up on because after attempting it on multiple occasions previously it was easier to forget about it. However, with Mubanga he managed to accomplish in 10 minutes what I had tried to do over a course of a year with others "assisting" me. He advised me on the best upgrade on the contract I was on, he switched my contract over from my dads name to mine and insured my phone and for the first time I experienced someone actually using the information he had on the system rather then giving me the run around and asking me to fill out information that was already on hand. He is by far the most efficient consultant I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and will make a point of asking for him in the future.
