MTN SANDTON CITY MALL PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a loyal MTN customer, when i relocated from Durban to Johannesburg I was due for an upgrade which MTN is always happy to give you time and attention for a upgrade. My upgrade was done at Cresta Shopping Mall hassle free. Earlier January my BLACKBERRY TORCH 9810 was giving me problems.
I can't use my cursor, I can't copy and paste anything its just endless faults with this phone. Since I work in Sandton City Mall, I visited MTN there and asked if i could send my phone in for repairs. The consultant asked me for my cellphone number and checked whatever it is that they check on there systems and told me that I need to go to Cresta and hand my phone in there. My phone is insured, what I pay insurance for I have no idea. I then asked would I be given a phone to use in the meantime and was told "No we don't have any loan phones in store" This is terrible customer service not one of them was willing to go the extra mile and at least find out "IF OR WHEN" they would have a phone for me to use. All I want is my phone repaired and one to use in the meantime. I am extremely disappoint with their service!! Nothing new this is how MTN seems to like to do business. I have been a loya
