Their CHAT function never seems to have a spare operator on duty. Email request will get a response in three days time and it is obvious they never read the complaint.
A telephone call can take up to 30 minutes and an answer if not forthcoming.
Today I phoned accounts. The person who answered basically said I was lying. Antionette of technical support answered my second attempt. After a few hours she tried to speak to me and I still have no idea what happened.
I so wish I could find a service provider who understand CRM?
