Last year I changed from a Telkom ADSL line to your 3G router. What a big mistake!!! I have intermittently terrible bandwidth. The line drops often, and to be honest, I do not understand how you can be offering such a mediocre product and backup service to your customers. I have a lot of expletives for what a business you are, but I think it better to refrain from abuse at this stage. I spend a couple of thousand rand on 4 different contracts with you monthly, and as a result of your mediocrity I am investigating moving my business to another provider.
So here is the problem. I live in Rondebosch in Cape Town, and it seems that your bandwidth has issues in our area. I have spent the last 3 months trying to contact your service centre for assistance. I have made contact on Twitter and received a promise to get this sorted. Some half hearted techie did leave a message on my cellphone to assist and promised to call back, but never did.
You are wasting my time and my money.
So, I will move my business because it is clear that you don't give a about your customers.
To anybody who reads this, DO NOT use any Vodacom 3G services until you understand what limitations it has.
