I placed an order for a WiFi router on 5/09/13 to use in conjunction with my new Business ADSL line. To date I have received no router nor have I received any correspondence on the router despite the funds being taken from my account. I have sent 3 separate E-mails to the legal dept. and support dept. to no avail.
My wife is due to start working from home on Monday 16th (hence ordering a BUSINESS line!) and now she will not be able to start work. Very poor service and I have not even used any of my ADSL bandwidth yet!
I am starting to doubt my decision to go with Afrihost.
