I open a call with a call center agent Brian who gave me a reference no. 55599507 on the 4th dec. I called today 7th do dec after I got no response. Only to find out a fault was not reported and Brian did not take any action after this.
My complaint was that the internet connection is slow and often the router needs to be rebooted. And now it failed to work. If this service does not improve. I will bring your devices and return it to you. The only good thing telkom is able to provide is voice calls
