I ordered an iPhone 5s on line with the Smart S you choose contract. The service was incredible they phoned and confirmed every thing and the phone arrived within 3 days. Then the sim card was activated, and all my problems started. The contract was not the right one.(Smart S you choose) it was just the (Smart S) I called 6 times being on the line for an average of half an hour at a time, eventually the contract was changed. I received sms notification that it was going to change at the end of November, on 30 November I received the sms that the contract was changed. I was so glad. Then the sim card stopped working there was no reception. I phoned 3 times, eventually the girl told me the sim card was probably defective. It would take 3 - 4 working days. Then in the meantime as the phone came on sporadically we saw that the extra 500Meg data that was promised with each new iphone 5 contract was not loaded. 2 calls later the girl told me that I must have signed the contract before the deal was announced. I told her that a friend of mine and me took out the same contracts on the same day, and he received his extra data. She said that she would redirect the query to the admin dep.
