It took one man to retain me

I was missed informed by a Miss Ndlovu from the corporate contact centre, regarding the turnaround times in terms of fixing faulty cell phones. She advised that it will take an hour to fix the phone while I wait. I made a decision to drive to Midrand based on the information I was given. When I got to Midrand the TAT had changed to between 2hrs- 4hrs. I was not happy with that. Kushal did what he could to meet my needs and he went over and above what was required of him, he was in a different division from the one that gave incorrect information but he ensure that all was sorted by the next day. Thank you Kushal... This man deserves a bells!!!
