My telkom landline and adsl line have not been working for the second month in a row. Of course I am still expected to pay a fortune for these services, which I have not been able to use. It has been over 2 weeks since I lodged an official complaint. Still no service. In addition to my business and personal affairs being highly impacted by the lack of access to my landline and internet, I have had to spend a fortune at the local Postnet to use the internet. Furious at the waste of money, time and traveling. Telkom will also only cancel my line with a month's notice, despite my not being able to use it at all. So I must put up with a commitment to a service that does not work for yet another 4 weeks. Ridiculous
