Free Sim Not Delivered with phone

I ordered 2 new phones online at [URL Removed] advertised with free delivery, free sim, free connection. They were delivered within 48hrs I was happy to see, but without sim cards.
When speaking to consultants after receiving the phones, I was informed that they do not give sim cards free on upgrades, only to new customers, who have to pay R150 connection fee. I disagree with this as the advert clearly says Free sim, free connection. I could not find anything in the terms and conditions that say existing customers who are upgrading must pay for sim cards. I logged a service request at 14h10 on thursday 25 to request sim cards to be delivered urgently so i can use the phones. I have had no positive feedback. I have just spent an hour on the phone trying to get a decision, but to no avail. A decision will be made on Monday. If I could get a definitive No answer now, then I will purchase my own sim cards and have a phone for the weekend, now I have to wait...
