CALL CENTRE AGENTS DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING

I am appauled at the service I received from the call centre today to activate a decoder under a commercial a/c. I was on the phone wtih Multichoice atleast 5 times between 1pm and 7pm and spoke to different consultants who kept transferring me between departments because their department 'didn't deal with my query.' Everytime being told I would definitely get assisted which I didn't! Eventually when I did seem to be getting somewhere, an agent named Nobel advises me of the 3day turn around time for activations but If I urgently need it done I can call back with my case no. and they can assist me with my urgent activation. I did that but the agent then told me Nobel had misadvised me and I have to wait 3days & Noble doesn't even work in the activations dpt. (so he didn't really know what he was talking about I assumed) After all that effort?? I was FUMING! how can activating a decoder take 3days for commercial clients anyway? We are running a business! I have guests at the bed& breakfast we run and there is NO DSTV because they take THREE days to activate decoders? REALLY?

Im disgusted by the no. of agents that don't know what they are doing! do they even go 4 training?
