Our Nexus tablet was sent to JHB from CPT on 2 December. For 3 weeks we have no feedback. I phone only to be put on hold after holding for 20 minutes to be told they will phone back. Two days passed, no call back so I call again and we repeat the whole process again. I get told you will phone back in a few minutes. After 2 hours I phoned back only to be passed around. The tablet went in because the charging port was ingressing into the unit when the charging cable attached. I get told it is not the port, the battery was replaced. I then get told that the unit has been sent back to us, so I wait a few days and nothing. I phone the courier company and they say nothing has been booked in to be sent to us. You once again. Then I get told the charging cable is faulty which it cannot be as the USB cable would also not charge the unit. I get told I will get a quote emailed for a new cable. Two days pass - nothing. I phone again. Then I get the quote. I say no thankyou, send unit back immediately. I get promised it will be sent on Monday before you close for holidays, which it was not - you again. You are now closed till 6 January and your business practice is a disgrace.
