My charge

I originally bought a iPhone 5 charger cable from ifix in december 2013 which broke in january 2014. when i came in to exchange the charger for a new one, ifix didn't have the correct length cable to exchange it with. they had a very short cable around 15cm long which would not be suitable for what i need. i asked for a refund as they didn't have the correct one in stock and they refused to give me the refund, which is against the law. after an argument, it was agreed that i would take the short cable for a week until they had stock and then come back in to the shop, yet again, to exchange the short cable with the original cable which i did today. however when i got home and wanted to charge my phone with the new cable, of course it didn't work!!! now i have to go back tomorrow to get one that does work. what kind of rubbish is ifix selling? Do they realise petrol went up yesterday and and all this driving around because of their negligence is expensive as well as R10 a time for parking? and once again i am going through a day without a charger! what kind of service is this?
