I received my S4 from Greenstone in June. The service I received on that day was brilliant. Now 4 months later I sit with a phone with a swolen battery.

I called Celk C Greenstone as I needed advise on the problem. They informed me to bring in the phone and they would send it in for repairs. I was told this could take up to 21 days??

I contacted Samsung directly who advised me to go to one of their walk in repair centres, which I did.

There I was told that it could take 2 to 3 days. Now that is not a problem. The problem is that according to the gent who booked in the phone, not only is it the battery, which is clearly swolen, the problem is that this might have been caused by "something else inside the phone".

This does not make sense. Clearly this is a defective handset and either Cell C or Samsung needs to replace the entire handset. Surely the Consumer Protection Act applies? I hope Cell C or Samsung contacts me. Lets see.
