I am so angry and disappointed at Cell C. I have a data contract with Cell C where I pay R99 for 2gigs of data. To start with their network hardly works, they always have poor connection and they are full of. Recently I get to be billed more than R200 monthly which was not part of the agreement. Since I am not happy with their service I went to Cell C Jabulani to cancel the contract and I was told that its not possible i will have to wait for next year January. I am so surprised at this since there's a consumer protection act. I will be taking this further but I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
