I obtain a new ipad agreement with Vodacom to be added to my existing account.
Receiving first statement it appeared that the consultant:
1 Incorrectly spelled my name
2 Load incorrect address
3 Created a new account? I have an account, why create a new account (S724F4)
As Vodacom don't want to rectify this via a phone call (take note this is their mistake, I put in writing (e-mailed and obtain reference number 0063-3K27.
3 days later and nobody phoned me to give attention to this mistake.
I expect Vodacom to apoligize via Letterhead and provide proof correction was done to my via e-mail.
