Account Name & Address Incorrect

I had not received an account in a year from Vodacom & being lax. This was the 1st time I had contacted Vodacom. They were emailed almost immediately. The problem was an incorrect name & postal address. However these were rectified & the accounts resent. It took 2 days & a couple of emails that is all. CellC can learn a great deal. See my complaint against them for details
