SIX (6) further enquiries during October and November inside the shop has resulted in NO progress, just promises to follow up and provide feedback - but NOTHING concrete to date. The staff and management of Vodashop in Centurion Mall is seemingly adamant to score 0 for service, while "corporate" seems to be setting the trend and culture - no feedback, no follow-up, zero service.
