I order a Samsung S3 cellphone. To receive a Samsung galaxy Y. I have been calling the supplier and even went in store to resolve it. No one wanted to assist me. In fact they gave me the number of the their supplier, who said "No" we will not assist you. To top it off. I cancel my contract 2 months ago. i am still getting billed. This is the level of service people can expect. The supplier apologies but do nothing. I am not happy and want a resolve. Or I will seek legal advice and take this further. As it is now from my account.
I would like results rather than excuses. As this is the treatment we get when our accounts are in arrears with any mobile or any business. So I want a resolve urgently. Thank you.
