POOR SERVICE!!!

The ABSA vehicle financing's department has the worst possible service on their 0860669669 number. I have spent R130 in airtime over the past 2 days phoning them. When phoning on numerous occasions the operators are always busy.

1. I requested a tax certificate yesterday (27 August). The operator promised to fax it immediately, as it will take 2 working days to receive the certificate via email. I am still waiting for this promised fax. I phoned again this morning (28 August) to request the certificate. After holding on for 10 minutes (listening to the tune) while the operator was busy, she told me that she can email it to me immediately! So why couldn't the operator email it yesterday? Why was I told that it will take 2 working days to receive it as an email on 27 August?

2. I also made an extra down payment on my car. I phoned them yesterday to instruct them to take the payment off in months, rather than my monthly installment. I had to phone twice and holding on for more than 20 minutes, because their system is slow. This is unacceptable
