I have now been without ADSL and Telephone for a week.
I have logged this on the Fault website, 740CWK031213. After three days I contacted Telkom requesting feedback on the fault. I was told nothing has yet been done and that they will escalate the problem.
Three days later my lines are still off.
This has now been the 4th time in one year where I have had problems with my lines and each time the fault with the Exchange box/manhole of Telkom down the road.
No wonder Telkom is in financial mess!
