Its been a month since i reported this company and their lack of service goes as far as their escalation team, because i have not been contacted by anyone and my data charges are still reflecting on my account even though the call center agent who assisted me with my query acknowledge the error i still have to pay MTN. The day i pay for these invoices is the day l decide to move network. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE
