Over a month ago, I received an sms stating I'm going to receive 3GB of data added onto my existing data plan. I called in to the contact centre and advised this was true but only between 12am and 6am. 2 days later I had been using my data after midnight whereby the 3GB is supposed to kick in. Yeah right. It took my data and an additional R30 in airtime value. I have called numerous times and have been promised by numerous people including team leaders and their "Escalation Department" that I will be contacted and the query will b resolved. I'm.
