I am totally with Vodacom and their incompetency. Firstly you report and they take no interest and they want you as the customer to resolve the matter on your own. My question is do the y have department. A handset was upgraded at one of the Game store. I was told to speak to the store when, little do they forget that the money that gets debited goes to Vodacom not Game. I am not interested in their joint venture agreement with their business partner. Having being told by the team leader Lerato that she will cancel the upgrade i was surprised after a week that this was not done. I know want to upgrade my handset but I cant because of simple incompetency. I have opened a case with SAPS and still under investigations. I am now told that I need to get an Affidavit and go to Game store in Limpopo when i am based in Gauteng. What a service failure
