This is now my 4 hand set that I have taken out from your store with my time of owning a cell phone contract
This contract have not been explained to me.
1. The contract have been told to me that the handset is free
2. Unlimited BBM for life
This was never included in the package, in turn I have been sold a contract that is serious not for my need.
The game store have made contact with my self and advised me on Friday and advised me that they were going to, cancel the contract on my behalf last Friday as per the head of the cell phone department. Today they call in and tell me that I signed the contract to which was never explain to me.
I hope they resolve this dispute as I am prepared to take legal step.
