Still no call from 8ta!!!

I contacted 8ta to renew my contract a few weeks ago. The agent was very friendly and confirmed i will be contacted to renew my contract. Up to now... still no call and my contract expires this MONTH!!! 19 NOVEMBER!!! pathetic service, evidently my business is not welcome.
