TAKING MONEY I DONT OWE

I GAVE NOTICE TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT THE END OF SEPT 2013 . I WENT INTO CAPE GATE STORE 3 TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY HAVE IT ON COMPUTER. END OF OCTOBER 2013 THEY DID NOT RELEASE MY CELL NUMBER SO VODACOM COULD TAKE IT OVER. I EVENTUALLY WENT INTO THE STORE THE 11 NOV. 2013 AND SPENT 2 HOURS THERE TO GET MY CELLPHONE NO RELEASE. I PAID MYBILL END NOV 2013 TO SETTLE ANY OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. NOW I GET A MAIL TO SAY THEY ARE DEDUCTING 20 DEC 2013. I PHONED THEM AND SPOKE TO LEFEGO 02/12 AT 14H 15, BUT HE PUT ME THROUGH TO TEBOHO, AGAIN HE COULD NOT HELP ME, THEN HE PUT ME THROUGH TO CANCELLATIONS, WELL AFTER 55 MINUTES WAITING ONT HE PHONE . NOBODY WORRIED TO SPEAK TO ME. THEN VIRGIN MOBILE SAYS THEY HAVE AN CONSIONS. WHAT IS THAT???
