Good day,

Well not for me, I took out a 12 month contract with neotel for a 3gig internet package, I paid my subscription on time every month with no problem, when I applied I was a new client and at the goodwood branch, Cape Town they took a refundable deposit of R350, I guess security for them if I ever missed a payment which I never have, as my contract came to an end I informed them that I will not be renewing my contract and cancelled in the appropriate time for cancellation as set out in the contract, this was done by phone and e mail and I have all the ref number.

As I cancelled 10 days into the month, they send me a e mail informing me that a final installment of R175 will be deducted from my account, and then a pro rata will be paid back to me on the date they took off the debit, this was suppose to be done on the 02/12/2013, and my deposit must be paid back also.

I need my money paid back to me, as from here I will take this matter further.
