Locked my a/c without notification cost me R3000

I have a 3G data contract for 2 years. Last month I did not know I went over the data limit. Many phone calls, visits to service centres swopping of 3G modem, SIM card, purchasing new modems and SIM cards and only later discovered they had softlocked my a/c. During all this time nobody informed me of this. Now I am trying to pay them the R1636 I owe them and they are not helpful at all. They promised me emails with details which don't arrive. The 3G data is important to me, but the service and levels of interest are totally lacking. I must have spent about R1, 000 already just trying to get doing with other prepaid services so I can continue forward. I have been struggling for 2 weeks now.
