Unauthorized billing

We received a high billing account from Cell c, when we queried
it they told us we had subscribed to Mira Networks
This is untrue, we were told to contact them ourselves as there
was nothing Cell C could do, Mira have sent us an email saying
we subscribed on a certain day and accepted their conditions
this in false information and we would like a full refund but do not
know how to pursue this complain as we have been charged for
3 months so far.
