I needed a list of numbers that was dialled from my Cell C card (contract taken with Bayport) for 2013/07/22. I called Cell C and they told me that they cannot assist and asked me to contact Bayport. I contacted Bayport and was treated extremely bad. I was told that asking them for the numbers dialled is like going to Edgars to buy meat. I then contacted Cell C again and explained. The consultant asked me to hold on, she then told me that her Supervisor advised that the Corporate Department will be able to assist and took down my Vodacom number to contact me today. I received a call from 084140 and this person cut the call. I called them back and now they are telling me that I need to contact Bayport. They say they have nothing on system about my query yesterday... Wow but they got my Vodacom number that I gave them yesterday??? I am not sure if I am on a Ghost Network. Who would have thought that I would be able to make and receive calls but I am not on a network. The company that I got the cell c cards from also cannot help me. Why did Cell C even sell their products to Bayport? I cannot understand. I will make it known that nobody should switch to Cell C.
