Account issue for more than 8 Months!

Telkom has taken a laptop Itook from them that was supposed to have been allocated to a certain account of mine and took it off the account. No one knows how this was possible! They have claimed that I need to settle the bill of R6234.82. I repeatedly called them, and the consultant I dealt with and they all promise that it will be resolved. I got hold of a lady that deals with the enquiry, now she also says it is not her responibility. No one seems to be responsible and I am the person affected here. I pay my accounts ontime and all is up to date, yet, Telkom claims I owe them this money and the person responsible does not exist, Telkom needs proper opposition to fix their issues! This has been going on since last year July.
