Can MTN Potchefstroom please advise when I will get a proper working blackberry. This phone is 7 months old and has been spending almost 2 months in repairs. The first time the phone worked for 2 days and broke again. I demand a new phone immediately or this will be directed to the ombudsman for resolving. I am paying my monthly fee on time via debit order but at the end of a day I don't have a phone!!! I am traveling a lot and need this resolve today still!!!
Just to make my demand clear I want a new phone today still as well as a published apology for the inconvenience.
