I called in twice only to be hung up by Rachel twice. I was trying to sort out my ADSL line in order to apply for an internet connection but didn't manage to do so because of the RUDE service call centre staff employed by Telkom! Today another lady called me and ensured me that all was sorted out, but nothing has been sorted out as i STILL cannot apply for an internet connection! Telkom needs to employ competent people in order to have happy customers! The lady who installed the line did the installation just left the line box lying on the floor. She couldn't have cared less about this job!
