I am disgusted in Cell C's service.
I sent a complaint with bad service and conduct last week on a brand new phone I received and took forever for someone to get back to me. You replied and said someone would contact me, I am still waiting!
this resulted in me calling and holding on the phone forever.
They collected my phone which i had for 1 day, and I still have no had a replacement of anyone getting back to me.
I want to cancel this deal if this is the way you conduct and treat your clients. It is pathetic! Contact me urgently!!!
