I so wish that this could have been a compliment but instead I have to complain AGAIN. This morning I received an SMS on my phone informing me that my service will be suspended due to non payment. As I paid my account via EFT (From Nedbank to Nedbank) and I sent through payment conformation to 011 650 1935 I was very surprised and decided to contact their customer care line at 12h56. The friendly customer care lady then assured me that the SMS was sent in error and that the payment does however reflect. Great was my surprise later on then when I tried to make a call when the line was then suspended.
I don't know what is going on and please ask that the suspension will be lifted from the line. As I do not seem to be getting any joy from Autopage I (in utter frustration) am now trying an alternative route to see whether I can just have this problem solved urgently.
