I just want to know, who do I speak to in order to unblock my Unisa account? I made a payment last week Friday, paying a sum which was to clear the outstanding fees, yet my account is still blocked and I need to register since registration closes this Friday the 19th of July. I have spoken to the Finance department via email.since last week Friday and I have sent through my proof of payment but my account has not been unblocked. The one person who has gotten back to me told me that I can register now however I am unable to. When I tried telling this individual that my account is still blocked they no longer responded. Do I even have other options to pursue now? Because even when I try calling the land-line provided for Unisa, no one ever answers.
