I'm so sick of dealing with this incompetant people!!!
Problem after problem. I want all my money back which is R 794.66.
Problem 1: I wanted to cancel my data contract due to bad reception. Technician wrote report recommending cancellation (Ref no. RD125375). When I went to shop to cancel, the call centre or whatever couldn't find report the technician wrote. They said they must sent a technician AGAIN. It's been a month now and I haven't heard a word. I don't want this piece of anymore.
Problem 2: On this very data contract they've been overcharging me for 2 months. They're charging me R330 for 2Gb instead of R119. Sort this out NOW!!!
For anyone reading this: NEVER go to Cell C. They're incompetant, and calling them doesn't help.
