I have now complained to Web Africa THREE times because they have counted my after hours downloading (12-7am) towards my overall downloads for my rolling window. This causes my internet to become so slow it is unusable.
Every time I phoned they said they would log it with the technicians and they would fix the bug. They reset my usage meter and then it would just happen AGAIN and AGAIN.
I phoned them for the third time today and asked to speak to a manager after we determined it was the same problem. The call centre operator said the manager wasn't at his desk and he would call me back - this was around 12pm. It is now 5pm and no-one has phoned me and I am now at home and my internet is DOG slow.
I pay a large premium for a 4MB uncapped account!!!
