A Sim swop was done on my number without my knowldege and I suspect the call centre did not do any check & verification before the Sim swop was executed which resulted in my bank account being hacked. I reported the matter on the 25th November 2013 via the Call Centre and was promised prompt feedback after an internal investigation. After a week of reporting the matter I have not even received the call for an update. I intend to file a case against MTN as I have suffered a loss after the SIM swop was done without my request.
