my business have a contract with Cell C, now i have not being using the account for almost eight months but still get billed for the account. what happened was that i had a partner who was handling the account since he left the company and have requested THE CREDIT CONTROL PERSONNEL FROM CELL C to change the contact person since he no longer employed with our company, but the personnel gives me attitude and is so unhelpful. i need help on what to do with this case as it has been dragging for long now and they debiting my company's account without my authorization.
