Dear MTN
Words cannot describe my frustration. We recently moved to a new area and low and behold, the worst internet connectivity. I work for an off-shore company and therefore work online most of the day. The past few weeks have turned into a hellish nightmare as I cannot do my job!!! It takes ages to access a site (if at all) and I struggle to upload emails and download other items. Yes I have called your call center however cannot get to someone to help me as " the number is not connected to a password".. By the way it is really bad to have only electronic options without getting to speak to someone in person about the problem. I used a SIM card from another provider and was able to go into your site and log a complaint online and to this day no feedback! Perhaps I will receive assistance by way of public complaint? What can we do to resolve this?
